I think we all need a little more mindfulness and centering right now. I realize just how much I need my time on my mat, on my meditation cushion and walking outside to keep my monkey mind centered. Hoping these may help you find some peace in these trying times. Many of these are somewhat vintage, finds from my trade dealers, paired with symbols and stones that have meaning. The bracelet beads have been made by monks to support their monastery. When complete they are blessed by the head Abbott or Rinpoche and washed in gold leaf. Some extra blessings never hurt.
