First Class USPS Shipping

I use First Class USPS shipping with tracking within the continental US.

Studio Pick Up

Pick up from my in-home studio can also be arranged and shipping charges refunded.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is FREE no matter how many products are ordered for the contiguous US; shipped first class USPS with tracking. USPS Priority Shipping can be requested for an additional $9. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam is an additional $5 for First Class mail, which will be requested before shipping.

If a package needs to be shipped overnight or second day, please indicate that in the note section and I can determine cost after purchase. This will be requested before shipping. If it becomes cost prohibitive, a refund will be issued.

For International packages, we send First Class and it ranges from $12 to $25 depending on where you are located. International shipping varies and can increase significantly due to carrier charges and customs outside of our control. I can determine shipping costs after purchase. If it becomes cost prohibitive, a refund will be issued. 

Specific shipping needs can be added at checkout, including gift notes.

Shipping and delivery times

Orders ship the day after received and tracking is sent the day it ships. Most orders arrive within 5 days via USPS First Class mail.

For international orders I cannot accurately predict arrival, especially if customs is involved.

Missing or lost package

I hope that this doesn’t happen, but we all know how shipping can be. If your package is damaged upon arrival, please send a photo of the package and product inside to kayte@smilingelephantstudio.com

If your product is damaged I will do my best to get you a new or similar product ASAP and handle the dispute with the USPS. Always feel free to email me if you have a question.
